Cleaning out my room and coming across some old university papers, I thought this one would be interesting for you. It’s discussing the strength grades for each joint in your body, and has a huge implication on how we injure ourselves and what needs focusing on during rehabilitation.
What conclusions do you come up with from looking at this table?

Interesting, the ankles, knees and the neck are known to be very prone to injury. One because of weak muscles and the others one because of weak bones? This chart also begs the question if some muscles are meant to ‘give’, like the ankles. So the body ‘thinks’ it’s better for the ankle to get hurt than the knee for example? Or can some of this be explained with evolutionary needs? Thanks for posting this!

Hi Marita! Just really has implications how we need to rehab each area. Not 100% sure about something being better to hurt than another BUT there are definitely movements that put one joint at a whole lot more risk than another.
