The first two workouts are designed for beginners and are easy to follow. You don’t need any fitness equipment, but grab a partner to make it more interesting!
Beginners Workout To Do At Home: Number 1
The first beginners workout consists of three mini circuits. You will complete a warm up circuit followed by the main workout. This workout will take you around 45 minutes and should be done in a controlled manner. It covers the full body and has an explanation of each exercise. When you need to increase the work being done you can do more sets of the mini circuit.
Beginners Workout To Do At Home: Number 2
The second workout is also of a beginners level, but will require much less time to complete. This workout is in a picture format and requires you to complete each exercise three times. it is in a circuit format and is designed to be done in 15 minutes. if you are looking for a quick workout to start your day then this is the one for you.
