I’m in smoothie phase right now. The weather is getting warmer (I’m in Switzerland right now so that means occasionally I can see the sun) and I am amping up my rehabilitation work in the gym. This means a whole lot more importance on getting food in right after I work out. This is my latest favorite, although I usually just throw everything I like together and blend away. I don’t actually use a blender, I use a hand processor thing and it worked totally fine.
1 or 1/2 Mango
1 Banana
1 Small Tub Low Sugar Mango/ Passionfruit Yoghurt
1 Teaspoon Honey
As much ice as you want (more ice = thicker smoothie).
2 Scoops Vanilla Protein
1 Table Spoon Crushed Almonds
Fill it up with Milk or Water
Blend and drink!
