TRX suspension training is a pretty cool way to get strong, and one I am using very often in my training. We will slowly delve more into this apparatus, because there are so many things you can do on it, but it basically gives you the opportunity to do a body weight workout. If you do it correctly, it’s bloody tough. I’m also undergoing a shoulder rehabilitation at the moment, and the exercises on the TRX are helping me a lot. The basic exercise to start with especially for upper body is the row.
