Head to amazon to check out more about the Aeromat Foam Roller
Two important things to ask regarding a foam roller:
- Is it firm?
- Does it retain it’s shape?
There is nothing worse than getting on a foam roller, getting ready to workout and really get stuck into your muscles, and finding that you are rolling around on something resembling a sponge. Although this might tickle you a little, the whole point of foam rolling is to achieve myofascial release. You certainly can’t do that on a foam roller that is soft. Secondly, you need to make sure that your foam roller will retain it’s shape over time. You don’t want to end up with one that has a hole where your leg goes. Unfortunately, not all products are created equally, and it is definitely important that you find a good quality foam roller. Not only will you get more benefit from it every time you use it, but you will also save money and avoid replacing it.
This is where the Aeromat Foam Roller steps in. It is highly durable and will give you a good workout every time. It is made from closed cell foam, which does not compress over time. You can be sure that you will get your moneys worth, and that you will not be needing to buy a new one in the near future. You can get them in two different sizes, 12 inch and 36 inch. The 12 inch is a sufficient length to get all your kinks out, but I prefer the 36 inch in order to move up and down it and get more area of my back.
