Excuses excuses excuses.
Many of us don’t work out, get healthy, or eat right and we have a long and entertaining list of excuses as to why we don’t. The fact is that a gym membership or appropriate equipment will enhance the workout tremendously, but it’s not necessary. You can workout without equipment, and you can do it quite effectively too. Motivation and results are certainly enhanced in the right setting, but at the end of the day, there are no excuses. Check out this post for 20 great exercises you can do without any equipment, a great reminder.
This covers your strength work and will basically hit all of the important body parts. Although it is not a replacement for the gym or good equipment it is a suitable supplement. On top of this remember cardio wise you only need to get yourself outside, walk, run…whatever level you are at.
