    What a great video – thanks for sharing that. Do you recommend foam rolling before lifting? After? Only on recovery days? Something different?

    Hey! I foam roll a little before if I am tight and tired as part of the warm up, just to stretch out a bit more dynamically… however I pretty much try to foam roll after every session, and on days i am doing heavy soft tissue work.
