		<description>I usually struggle with starting to keep track of everything (exercise, diet, etc) but then it quickly falls off. I find it much easier to keep track of just exercise than to include diet as well. Great post!</description>

		<description>So true.  The period in my life where I saw the greatest improvements in my fitness was when I started keeping a training log.  Nothing fancy to start with - just recording my running and lifting.  Makes a huge difference and now I won&#039;t personally coach anyone who isn&#039;t keeping one.</description>
