Update
I didn’t want to write anything personal on this blog and I certainly didn’t want to make excuses for my lack of posts, but I’m about to do both. I should have written this a while ago, and I only just realised it’s actually been 6 weeks since I posted, as I have been able to occasionally keep up with comments it didn’t seem so long.
If you’ve read my about page you know I play Volleyball for Australia, and we have had some International tournaments keeping me busy. I just got back from Dubai and am heading off tomorrow for another tournament, when I get back I have an exam to do for my Masters but after that I am pretty much free for a month and a half until I head back to Europe…so I hope to get a fair bit out to you guys then. Thanks for being patient and thanks to Mehdi from stronglifts for letting me know I’ve been gone for a while.

we still love ya lauren! good luck!
Yay! I was just saying to my husband that my favorite fitness blogger was MIA and I wondered if you were gone for good. Looking forward to the new posts!
Welcome back then! … for a short time.
Good luck with the volleyballing and the exam, and see you back here when you’re ready Lauren
Good luck with the tournaments (hope you got some good pictures of Dubai!) and the masters. I look forward to reading what you’ll have for us whenever you get a chance.
I’ve noticed you’ve been gone too…. the only person who has been able to help me and others loosen our lower backs!
don’t worry about it! this blog is secondary to what’s really important to you: your current focus: Volleyball, and your future.
Plus it gives me a chance to catch up! (I was wondering if you’d abandoned though, so thanks for the update
welcome back!!
Hi Lauren,
Sounds like you’re busy but I bet you’re having a great time. Good luck with everything and post when you can.
Oh, and I voted in your poll – I think guest posts are a good idea if they’re quality posts and on topic for your site.
