		<description>Awesome article.  As a cyclist my hamstrings get neglected on the bike so I really have to hit my hamstrings hard in my other workouts.

I&#039;ll definitely be doing a lot of &quot;Leg Curl 2 Up 1 Down&quot; from now on when I&#039;m in the gym.</description>

		<description>Hey Young Athlete!  It would be a good assistance exercise. The 5*5 is awesome but doesn&#039;t address your hammies a lot. Squatting gets them a bit, but not targetted. So if you want to change it up a bit, add some of these in. And you mention track, then definitely you want to do some hamstring work.

		<description>When I was a kid I had to do stretching exercises  because my hamstrings were so tight. I don&#039;t know how my doctor found out they were so tight. 

I can&#039;t watch all those videos because I have a very old slow computer. It takes a long time to download just one video. I&#039;m sure that they are good, but my computer, (the old lady), is just not up to it.</description>
