been trying to add more protein to my diet - eysterday, I harboiled 18 eggs and have 'em in the fridge - I usually eat three (whites only) at a time for a good snack. I wish I could douse them in salt but I refrain. :-)

Jason, drink some apple cider vinegar with water, or use balsamic vinegar and olive oil as a salad dressing. It will help to alkalize your body. Apple cider vinegar with water used to be a popular drink before soda. I guess they were using quality vinegar because the taste with modern cheap stuff is not that delightful :)

Hey Jason, yep frequent source of protein is great for many reasons, keeps you full, keeps your body working hard (at least harder than carbs) to burn it and helps you get to your protein requirement for the day a lot easier.

Cheers

Protein with every meal sounds like a great tip. The body doesn't store protein for later in the body, so a good and frequent source of protein is king.

As a side, I've been a big fan of fish lately. Too much beef gives me acid at times.

Thanks sir jorge, next Monday will discuss all about protein sources for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Protein shake is one great way to get the protein you need.
