		<description>this vid was also the great example why you shouldn&#039;t use thumbless grip when bench pressing (the guy on the video was doing that and the bar slipped from his palms!). if he&#039;d used normal grip it would&#039;t have happened.

I think the most important point you raised that I know I ignore is &quot;listen to your body&quot;. Sometimes we just want to push through that niggly little feeling in the shoulder when we know we should stop.
